Craftsman has been my husbands choice for the simple fact that when you break it. You can bring back & exchange for a brand new one. He's done this many times over the years. Usually breaking by doing something that is not its intended use. Craftsman is a Sears carried tool. Most likely carried at Kmart too now as well.
That aside he (husband)says this is a good set and with the lifetime is as good as Craftsman.
I bought this same tool set last year for $12 more. They were well received by both the car-enthusiast SIL, and the shade-tree mechanic types.
Cooper makes industrial and professional tools; like Wiss scissors, Weller soldering, Plumb hammers, Xcellite precision tools (30 years ago my first computer-repair toolbag had $2k+ of Xcellite tools!), and of course the original 'Crescent Wrench' brand adjustable wrench. Check out www.coopertools.com, you will get the idea.
I've ordered parts for a Weller industrial soldering station, and my wife got spares for commercial cutters from them without problem. But their accents may be somewhat of an issue though. Customer service is in North Carolina, "Y'all, hear?""!

I've got the 70 or 90 peice set and the quality is not bad. If I didn't have the other set I would buy this without hesitation.
