Thanks, I've been looking for one for my son. We have one and works great if you just want 1 cup of coffee. But make your own pods. You can get a pod maker or use coffee filters to make your own. Much cheaper. We have this one, which works good. But there are others as well.

Gevalia 12 cup Stainless is a far better deal IMO, $15 ($12-13 if you ask a current member to send you a referral link); comes with 2 bags of coffee, no need for pods, and you can cancel coffee membership immediately if you prefer. I set mine to 6 month/1 bag shipment just because I might want some of that delicious light roast in the future.
Combine with this blade cut grinder: http://www.Amazon.com/Mr-Coffee-IDS77-Electric-Cleaning/dp/B000BRLXUI/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1260809475&sr=8-1
and this gold filter: http://www.Amazon.com/Medelco-Cone-Permanent-Coffee-Filter/dp/B000TCZRKW/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1260809531&sr=1-2
Should be ban against Pod coffeemakers... Senseo was the worst coffemaker I have ever owned... could not Craigslist fast enough. Terrible Senseo coffee or requirement to spend extra for custom pods or equipment etc.

You mean 1 HALF cup of coffee, or else a really weak cup on the ones you can adjust the cup size with. 1 cup on those machines = 4oz where as most typical mugs of coffee are 6-8oz. I tried a pod machine myself near the time they first started coming out en masse which didnt take long for me to put away and bring my old maker bake out, and still end up using various ones these days since they are becoming popular in hotel rooms. They all annoy me with that, and this is before considering the extra cost involved with pods. They are all pretty much the same. Half full cup of coffee when used as intended, and with the ones you can set for more, it ends up very weak.
