I will say having owned two of these phones that they are terrible. Routine lag and crashes on both phones with need to reboot rather regularly. I am so glad i dumped them for a Nexus one. It's like going from a typewriter to a laptop.
I think Palm has reached their limit in terms of useability, reliability, and innovation in the smartphone sector. It took them a good 5+ years to listen to their loyal customers (including me) to improve or replace the OS. The Pre would have stood out and made an impact back in 2005 or earlier. I'm just so disappointed in Palm nowadays.
