Seeing other ugly watches doesn't make this one less ugly, sorry.
Look at Palin, come on, that's ugly.

FWIW, it says the case width is only 31.5mm - that is definitely sized in "women's watch" territory. As a member of the male persuasion, I wouldn't consider a watch under 35mm and prefer 38-40mm. It looks like many of the bracelet links can be removed to fit her wrist.

I second, third, and fourth the motion... Would rather wear a Mickey Mouse watch to work.

Thanks for the thoughts. I'm not sure how to compare that spec to a round watch though. I myself have plenty of watches ranging from 35mm to 44mm, but don't know how to compare the 31.5mm they mention to a round watch. I think it would have been ideal to get the height of the watch as that would have been the best indicator of whether or not it would fit her.

Hey! I DO wear a Mickey Mouse watch to work. A nice Citizen Eco-Drive Mickey watch with a sapphire crystal. I rotate between my Movado, Tissot and other Titanium Eco-Drive.
Eco Drives Rock! I find I wear these more than my others (never needing a watch battery is a big advantage). I haven't worn my Tissot since the battery hit the crapper. Maybe one of these days I'll get around to it........
Have to admit, this is an ugly watch :-\ The eco-drive citizen watches themselves are great watches though. I have one that I spent 340 bucks on years back and I was dissapointed that it didnt' have saphire crystal. I'm wearing it to this day everyday and the stainless steel around it is all scratched up but the crystal is still 100% flawless! So whatever "hardened crystal" they use is good stuff.

I've always thought this was funny. Is having to take your watch in and sit at the jewelers for 15 minutes once every 3 years THAT big of a hassle? Really???

Last time I took my TAG to get the battery replaced it was gone a month as all the local dealers around here refuse to change the battery and send it to TAG.

They want $40 for one time and $70 for a life time battery replacement warranty for my (old) TAG. Instead, I bought watch opener set (for about $12) and high quality batteries (Maxell) for about $1.50 and then replaced the battery myself.
