FYI...Bought the Samsung LN52B750 two weeks ago at TD and after many emails back and forth with Bing, my CB was denied. I provided the pdf invoice, screenshot, etc but didn't help. just a heads up.
----------------- Thank you for working with us at Live Search CashBack regarding your TigerDirect.com purchase claim. After further research we are unable to apply CashBack savings for this TigerDirect.com purchase. In working with TigerDirect.com we have determined that this purchase is not eligible for Live Search CashBack savings.
Per the program terms, you will not earn CashBack rewards on purchases where the store does not report the purchase to Microsoft. We have taken extra steps to confirm with TigerDirect.com that program terms have not been met. This entailed submitting your purchase information to TigerDirect.com for review which confirmed you will not earn CashBack for this purchase.
As a result, your purchase claim has been closed and we will not be applying CashBack for your order. We apologize for any inconvenience or disappointment this may have caused you.
Is that from some source? I am reluctant to rely upon Cash Back to buy a TV any way - but it does show up on checkout page. panke6670 said: no HDTV is eligible for Cash Back

before you add HDTV to your cart, there is a line "This product is excluded from the CashBack program. Adding this product to the cart will make this order ineligible for CashBack." just below the name of the HDTV

For me (personally) this "deal" has FAIL written all over it. I used the op's suggestion, go to TD, search for the item I wish to purchase, it comes up ... with this:
"This product is excluded from the CashBack program. Adding this product to the cart will make this order ineligible for CashBack."
If you're going to offer BCB ... you don't implement it with exclusions.

BTW, the item in question was a $330 monitor.
Many really good deals have "exclusions" to BCB disclaimer

I have $500 bcb pending from TD. No problems so far. It was added within minutes of me placing my order. One thing I did do, though, was make sure my email address for TD matched my email address for bcb.
Thanks for the caution regarding excluded items. Maybe I'm just an effin' ret@rd, but found no reasonably priced C2D SU7300 lappies that are subject to this promo.
Thanks, just got it using "LCD monitor" $49.50 Unit price:$329.99 CashBack (%):15.00 % Quantity:1

Whew, glad I got my 58" plasma order in a few days ago before this big red disclaimer showed up. Really makes TigerDirect BCB not as hot...

Yup, I took screen captures of every step of the purchase from adding it to the cart to shipping selection to purchase invoice once it was all said and done. Every single page clearly says "Bing CashBack $xxx" and has no disclaimer, so we better not get any grief over previous purchases.
Personally, I never had any problems with Bing CashBack and TigerDirect. Bing CashBack always showed up in my account after it was completed.

I as well as everyone else here probably understand this, but at that point, it's only "PENDING." Even my TV purchase is sitting in there with a "PENDING" status right now. However, I have seen a bunch of a feedback where people's "PENDING" CashBack have been canceled later on.
Or, are you saying ALL of your pending CashBack transactions have gone through? Thanks in advance for any clarification.

I recently purchased a Zune HD from them without any issue. I ordered it at night and it shipped that night, arriving just as scheduled the following week. The Bing CashBack was posted with no issues. I was very happy with the transaction.
