If I get the McAfee software, how do I get it totally free? I've never had it before. Looks like only a $30 rebate. Any help is appreciated. thanks, mary

get the mcafee and Webroot and use them to upgrade each other.
EDIT: I see Peachtree is free again. prices were finally starting to rise on eBay too.

EDIT: I see Peachtree is free again. prices were finally starting to rise on eBay too.Or considering the issues some posters are having with the Webroot rebates, purchase Trend Micro Internet Security from Office Depot FAR software beginning 02/21/2010 and continuing 02/28/2010 by this Saturday, purchase McAfee Internet Security 2010 1 user next week, and then as JamesTKirk states above, use them to upgrade each other.
There are two other McAfee titles FAR the week ending 03/06 if peterbauer is not wedded to the idea of McAfee IS 2010.

The $200 rebate form specifically says "not combinable with the on-the-box competitive rebate", so I don't think this will be free. Also, the rebate form that you linked appears to be for download purchases, not for retail purchases.

Sorry you're right, didn't even notice the $200 rebate. First time they have had that. I thought the $99 was the sale price like before.
Interested in Webroot Spyware. I have had one Webroot before and I guess I can use that for the upgrade rebate. What do I send. The CD or manual? [2] Also interested in the System Mechanic Professional. I dont think I qualify for upgrade, as I haven't had any such product before , Any other option to get this upgrade rebate. Interesested in SMP if I'm getting for free. Thanks
