What part of "Factory refurbished" did you miss? winton is correct. You have to search for this items condition only to discover that it's a refurbished unit.
It's noted on the 10th bullet point, down at the bottom of the page, to the left of the chickletts, just below the erasers and to the right of the snowglobes.
Tempting, my 1gb referb sansa has held up this ski season. Worthy of green.
I'm was curious ... THIS amaz0n link lists 802.11 G wifi for open networks, and has the same pic, showing internet radio.
Apparently, there is a wifi model, but this 1saleaday model is the non-wifi model, despite the picture. I know it was not claimed otherwise, but just for those curious about the picture.

Did a little bit of research on this, and it seems the wifi was intended to be used with Yahoo's (now-defunct) music service. Not sure if it could have been used for anything else - although it appears this unit that's on sale doesn't have the wi-fi anyway.
Also, I read that these Sansa's don't have a mass storage mode (that is, you connect it to your PC via USB and it appears as a hard drive for drag-and-dropping of files). Mass storage mode was always one of the big reasons I liked Sansa's, so this one's out for me.
