GraveyardMall said: Do you have any idea how hard it is to go through 400,000 comic books and try to list them all? Well, we've quit trying. However, if there's a $1,000,000.00 book buried among these and you get it, then it was shipped by accident and we'd be happy to pay the shipping back. Otherwise, enjoy!!! and if you can't find $9.99 worth of comics, you're either not trying, or you ordered something else. # 50 Assorted comic books # All Marvel
most comics in general are for teens and above. that being said marvel does have an "all ages" kid friendly line. not sure what you will get in the deal.
Yeah, it really depends, Mulox. I would say these comics will probably be appropriate for a 7-year old, but as twocool4u1, most comics today are written for a teen and up audience. If you do get them, I'd flip through them really quickly before passing them to your 7-year old, just in case there's anything you didn't want them seeing.
I'm curious too. I liked what I saw of their individual comics - even if they aren't valuable, it'd be awesome if they were from the older years (I still have my eyes on some of the New Teen Titans they have listed on the individual pages.)
Whenever anyone gets any order from Graveyard Mall - Marvel or DC - please report back here and let us know what ya got!
this deal is cold as the antarctic sheesh people just go to a convention. I got a pretty decent run of ex machina for 10 cents an issue. With this your probably going to get random 90's crap like you see in the dollar store. Even comic shops have decent sales once in a while (got harley quinn 6 for a buck).
Had a purchase from Graveyard Mall for a different item. Item received were not as good as they picture. Also not so good quality. So I will pass this.

These comic deals are not that hot. The industry printed massive runs of issues in the 1990's, leading to warehouses full of them. Only get them if you value the nostalgia of your youth, or want to give them out to young relatives as cheap gifts, to interest them in reading.
90's stuff? I'll pass. There are millions of copies of comic books and baseball card in the 90's.
The comic book and basebase card investment scam in the early 90's was later replaced by the Internet Stock scam in the late 90's and the Real Estate Scam in the mid 2000's.
Can anyone let me know what the next scam is going to be? I want to be in on the ground floor. I always get stuck with crap.

was first interested in this but after reading the posts think will pass just a waste of money thnx for the info
It's true that there were massive over production of many titles in the early 90's and huge speculation with much of it driven by the industry's attempt to shake up the sleeping fan base. Remember the 'Death Of Superman', Batman's 'Knightfall' and countless other clones; so some key issues had six print runs just to maximize the profits. However some publishers realized the folly and it's also known that millions of unsold copies (specifically Image titles) ended up bulldosed into landfills.
I have 2 boxes of old comics from the 70s/80s/90s that I'm looking to sell (about 400). I picked them up from a Collector who didn't want them anymore. If you're interested, let me know.

Does it contain a rare Mary Worth where she advises a friend to commit suicide?

I just want to read them not finance my kid's college tuition... At 32 cents a comic book, I figure its a good deal.
