Yes..if its a different model number its fine...just make sure you haven't done it already for this model..since this old rebate offer has been out for quite some time (Dec '09)..

That makes no sense...the cut-off is 3 not "3ish"....If your over 3 per model, your over..if your under 3, your under...it's not really rocket science here..
Got this last week when it was a couple bucks more. Despite their reputation for excellent CS they refused a price adjustment, citing the fact there's a rebate involved (huh?). Oh well, can't really complain as I was happy paying a couple bucks ABCB for them. Fast shipping and well packed.

I download the rebate form and on the bottom where Terms and Conditions. The fine print "Must submit original MIR form provided in-box". Would the downloaded rebate works? Any advice?

Model has a lot to do with it since I can only think of one of the past numerous Samsung rebates that had different rebate numbers but for the same model. Point is...make sure to double check both the rebate number and model number on the rebate form...since Samsung has no problem, and has been known, to deny rebates at will..

I know. Last time they said UPC is missing in two of three. I know I sent them. I filed complaint with bbb to get those two rebates. Anyway I just want to see this model is any better than wep450.
Had bad experience dealing with rebate. i submitted rebate form provided "in-box". They simply put it in "invalid" state with "invalid rebate form". i had to called them and they asked me what type of rebate form you submitted. i told them it was provided "in-box" then they valided my rebate. I believe they did this on purpose to limited some people did not call. now, i am still waiting. it has been 2 month.

I experienced the opposite, I submit the pdf printout rebate form and was told invalid, then I resubmitted the in-box rebate form. But what funny is that I submitted three rebates with the some pdf printouts, only one got reject for the above reason.

My rebates show a rec'd date of 01-06-2010. I contacted them on 03-08-2010 through -- Contact Us because I had not received them. Sure enough the next day I got both of them. Two days later I got a reply from parago saying they were sent for shipment on 03-04-2010.

just as a side - I did receive my $20 preepaid visa card from Samsung this past week. This was even though I had post marked it after the eligible date. It took about 3 months.
Infact I got my rebate confirmation pretty quickly when I sent them in, got my rebates after 3months without any hastle (two wep 450 model)... other than the long time they took to send it, but no issues and I did not follow up. pretty happy with them.
Got my 3 rebates in about 7 weeks - better than average for MIRs. The prepaid visa cards can be deposited at your bank - best way since after first purchase monthly fees go into effect.

Weasels. Even the printed form clearly says "Complete printed or downloaded rebate form".
respdoc said: cedarperra said: FYI it's not a rebate. It's a prepaid card so you have to buy something else anyway.
Its a rebate visa debit card...unless your Amish...most people use gas, have cell phone bills, etc...that these cards can easily be applied to..One problem with a prepaid card is when it won't cover the whole purchase, and another form of payment is needed to make up for the difference. In that case, the prepaid card has to be used last, which can be a problem when you don't know the balance and the merchant can't get the balance (latter happened twice with me). At one major chain, the cashier thought my prepaid card had been used up and tossed it, but it hadn't been charged at all, and fortunately I retrieved it. Moral: Never let a merchant throw away your prepaid card.
I usually use prepaid cards to buy store gift cards. This way I can use the card immediately, recharge my card (from the store) and know that I won't get stuck with $1.43 on the debit card that will be gone after a month.
I did the $23 rebate and will be buying a $23 target card with it (actually $46 for two) when mine come. Also those target cards have no expiration!

rebate center didn't honor my rebate saying it was not a valid upc barcode. Be caution.

ok ? be caution ??
Sooo...was it a valid UPC that you sent in ? If so, a quick phone call/email should have cleared it up easy.
These Samsung rebates are THE worst rebates I have ever dealt with.
They claimed that I have sent in a copy of the form instead of the original rebate form from the authorized dealer and rejected it.
When I called and pointed out the fact that: #1. copy of the form was included by the authorized dealer because there weren't enough of them provided to the dealer #2. NOTHING on the form stated that original form was required.
Then the lady REFUSED to honor THEIR terms and flat out stated that I MUST get the original form from the authorized dealer and fill it out and send it in or they will not pay. I mean, by the time they rejected the rebate, around 2 months has gone by already, there was new rebate going on, and the dealer did not have the old form (if they had it they would have sent it to me in the first place).
I filed complaint with both Samsung AND the rebate fulfillment service (can not even remember who it was) and forgot all about it. then one day around 8 months later rebate check showed up at my house. It was pleasant surprise, but all the hassle it took was crazy.
