They take mini-stereo in, so I'd imagine you would need some way to output the rear channels into RCA outputs and merge them into a mini-stereo plug. So in short, probably not for any situation where you actually wanted rear channel audio. Hooking up say a 2.1 system should be ok tho.

Your rear audio track might be a little out of sync with your front speakers too. Depends on how quickly the speakers can process the wireless data. Also I dont know about wireless speakers, but most of the time you are transmitting data wirelessly you use some kind of data buffer for error corrections etc, if so this would add an even bigger delay between the channels.
