I too thought my face was scratched until yesterday when I decided to rub it on my jeans. Low and behold, the "scratch" came out. It wasn't really a scratch, but something else. It sure looked like a scratch.
I had to find the watch instructions on the Casio website to reset the analog hands for day-light savings time. Setting this watch isn't as intuitive as other watches. It also took me awhile to figure out how to remove a link in the band to make it fit my wrist.
While it won't bear up under close scrutiny as a nice watch, at first glance, it looks pretty good. For the price, not bad.
