I requested a CB check on 10/19 and I have yet to receive any notice that it has been printed/mailed/anything. Went checking my account it says it was "processed". Does this mean someone cashed it? Verified my mailing address but I haven't received anything.
Also, made a purchase for 600$+ with Dell via FWCB on 10/24, it was shipped 10/25. When does Dell's window to report close and should open a support ticket? I had to open one last time Dell didn't report either.

Hi Jax,
Cash Back checks can take up to a month to be delivered depending upon shipping speeds. I will be sending you a support ticket, so we can monitor this and make sure you get your check.
As for Dell we would expect them to report within 2 weeks of the shipping date. As they haven't by today, please do complete an Investigation Request so we can begin an investigation.

For clarification, "processed" means the check has been printed and mailed. This particular check was printed on the same day it was requested, and went out in the next regular business day's mail.
Unfortunately, once it's in the hands of the USPS, we have no more information. Thus, the request for you to fill out an investigation request
