Thanks for posting! You can certainly request an investigation after 21 days of your purchase for your Office Depot purchase. You can do this by Clicking My Account > My Cash Back > View Click History, then if there are any purchases that have not reported (after the 21 day period) there will be an option for you to click 'Support Ticket'. After that, all you will have to do is fill out the information, and we'll look into it for you. We hope you get it!
If you're question is about having business.OfficeDepot.com as a Cash Back merchant, unfortunately they are not at this time. We appreciate your suggestion.

Hi.. I thought I saw Dell Outlet a few months ago, but I don't see it anymore. I wish they can come back to FW's Cash Back list. I did a search, I can't find any notice or announcement that it is not on the CashBack list anymore.

oh.. ic. a lot of thanks. So, even if buy stuffs from Outlet's small business section, it would still consider under "Dell Consumer -> Dell Outlet" ? as long as it is on the "Outlet" Thanks for the clarification.

Hello again!
Actually, the outlet for Dell Business and Dell Consumer are different, and are not interchangeable. So buying items from the small business outlet will not be considered Dell Consumer - Dell Outlet.
Thanks for your quick reply. I think I am a little confused now. So, I understand Dell Business and Dell Consumer are different, and the Cash Back cannot be interchange. They are 2 different entities
So, you are saying, Dell Outlet is also the same similar structure? The "Dell Outlet - Home" and "Dell Outlet - Small Business" are also 2 different entities?
If it is, I wish FW will have Cash Back on Dell Outlet - Small Business soon.
