Also I had uninstalled Spybot from my Vista install (1.5.16)... This new version doesn't seem to have an option to "Block Pages Silently" in the Immunization section... Instead I get a FashCash popup and a blank page... Does anyone know where I can set Spybot to notify me of a page block instead of doing it silently?
The links do work, and I see that you've tried pinging the address. When you ping one of those domains, does the domain turn into an ip address? I ask because they block ICMP traffic so you won't get a response, just a timeout. However if the domain turns into a number, and it's not 127.0.0.1 or 0.0.0.0 you should be able to get through, especially on the mac with no antispyware..etc installed.
I'll go find the support ticket as well and see if there is more information.
In the immunization section on spybot, see if you can turn off the "host file immunization" feature if it is on. The same tab should have the block silently feature.

Pinging www.jdoqocy.com results in the following:
Pinging track.cj.akadns.net [216.34.209.13] with 32 bytes of data:
Is it possible that your internet connection has a proxy on it? Some workplaces and universities will proxy internet connections and they may be filtering out domains or range of IP addresses.

I have the same problem in XP. has anyone come up with a solution?

If you're getting the pop-up and a new window is opening for the store, but it winds up being a blank page, I'd look to the hosts file or some sort of "hosts immunization" feature in your security program.
Seems this is an issue with Spybot in particular, where some new feature creates difficulty where there wasn't any before. I hope to look into this a little further. I don't experience these difficulties on my home machine (which has SpyBot S&D and a few other utilities installed) but that doesn't mean there isn't a newer version out there which complicates CB.
If it's something we can help you fix by stepping you through the options, we'll let you know. Could you provide the links you were having difficulty with? That'll be good info to have if it's just a handful of merchants with a problem.

If you run IE7, on higher "Security" settings on it, can also cause this issue. Med/High works fine on my machine.
OK, for all of you getting blank pages and running Internet Explorer and Spybot like myself here is the solution I found in the Spybot forums link below. I tried it and it worked:
* make sure you have the latest Spybot 1.5 updates
* open Spybot, click on the Immunize button and click UNDO
* the above steps will remove all the entries it created in your hosts file which is the source of the problem
* If using Internet Explorer remove the following sites manually from your IE settings. To do that go to Internet Options under the TOOLS menu and navigate to the Security tab, scroll to the right to the Restricted Sites zone and click on that, click on the SITES button and remove the following sites which are being blocked: apmebf.com and emjcd.com and their www.* equivalents.
* go back into Spybot and reimmunize.
The Fatwallet links should work now and the pages populate properly. Apparently SPybot previously blocked these sites and then removed them at the request of users. This was driving me nuts for 2 days so hopefully I can save someone else the pain of searching for the solution. Good luck!

We'd found this information and replied with a link to this information in another thread, but it somehow didn't make it here. :/ Thanks for posting it here as well, brettman.

Thanks for the info - I'm running W/VistaHome Premium on a brand new machine and have been having issues with mrrebate site ONLY when attempting to link to Sttapls. Following your instructions did not solve the problem, but smth. similar did:
Start Spybot S&D (version 1.5). Open Spybot, click on the Immunize button and click UNDO - make sure you run the program "as administrator" or the process will not be complete which may result in failure in later steps. Click on "Mode" (top left next to "File"). From drop down menu select "Advanced mode", warning window will appear - select "Yes". Options will dispaly on lower left - select "tools". A list will open - click on Host File. Now search the list of Files for apmebf.com and emjcd.com and their www.* equivalents. Highlight one file and click on top of the page on "remove selected entries" - repeat for each suspected file. Now try and link, and see if problem(s) resolved. Immunize. Done.
I just link through overstock from fatwallet and place an order total of $102.90. However, I don't see any window popup (usually for this PC i'm using at home, I don't see any popup and there is no popup block).

How can I track this order ???? The best thing you can do for future Cash Back shopping is to allow pop-ups from fatwallet.com -- this is usually accessed from the "tools" section in your browser.
Unfortunately, you can't leave yourself a note about the transaction on our site since the pop-up was blocked. However, if you followed the rest of the guidelines for Cash Back shopping I don't expect you'll have issues.
Just save your e-mail invoice. If you don't see Cash Back in your account for this purchase within three weeks of the date your order was completely shipped, contact us (Help > Contact Us > Cash Back Problem/Investigation Request) and we'll lend you a hand.
Clicking through to a merchant from a link posted in our forums is not encouraged. There are multiple reasons. Some merchants do not pay commission on sales generated from our forums. A very common situation is that the link posted may contain a special offer, discount code, or coupon that will negate our commission (and therefore your Cash Back). We ask that you access the merchant from the "Cash Back & Coupons" section of the site if you want to earn Cash Back on a transaction.
We encourage you to carefully consider all your options, and use the method that benefits you the most. We realize that sometimes that means *not* using Cash Back.
Several weeks ago we noticed that we are now unable to link to CashBack vendors. None of them will link. We get a new window, but get Explorer "cannot find page" error. The pop-up is showing for the FW "On your way, leave a note, etc." I have pop-ups allowed for FW. We do not have Spybot on the PC. I had Windows Live One Care, but just completely uninstalled it, as a test. Still not working. We run XP, wi SP2. In IE7 Internet Options, I changed "Navigate Sub-Frames Across Different Domains" to "Prompt." Still not working. ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED! I am completely unable to utilize CashBack during the current shopping season! OUCH!

Have you looked at the "phishing filter" tool in IE7? That may be blocking our links thinking we are "the bad buys".
I figured it out, ultimately. It was my Host file. You have to unblock several forwarding sites that FW is using to track Cash Back, as inidicated in this post originally. I had downloaded a host file from a anti-spyware site. Thanks for the input.
I have a question about the SpyBot instructions. In Quick Summary, it says (>>emphasis added<<: SpyBot - Search & Destroy When using this tool, you need to go into the settings and select the "Exclusions button." Here you will find a tab labeled "Cookies." Scroll down the list and >>uncheck<< each of these entries which you will find: BFast Commission Junction LinkSynergy Qksrv ************** In a 7/21/04 post, DL says: If you're using SpyBot-S&D,make sure you're using version 1.3 and that in the settings, you go to the "ignore products" section and >>check off<< each of the following.
bFast Commission-Junction LinkSynergy Qksrv *************** When I went into SpyBot ignore list, NOTHING was checked (all checkboxes were empty). I went down the list and put a checkmark in the box next to each of these four entries.
Have I done this correctly? My SB tabs etc. didn't exactly match what was described in QS (probably not the latest version, I'll fix that).
Overall the QS seems to have worked for me, although I had to turn off the SDHelper residentIE option completely. Telling it to "Block all bad pages silently" just started it telling me that FW shopping links were known-bad URLs!
UPDATE: And now it's telling me that my Earthlink Web mail page is a bad URL, every time that I refresh the screen. . . time to update SB, see if I can tame it, or else dump it completely.
Thanks for all the help and obvious time spent troubleshooting.

I'd say your best bet is to update to the most current version. They've also got fantastic support in their forums where you may be able to find answers to any outstanding questions.
It's not unusual to experience Cash Back linking problems with some but not all merchants. The reason is the merchants use different reporting networks to keep track of our commission and your Cash Back. Security programs on your computer might "play nice" with some but not others. Your solution is very likely in the OP of this topic, but if you'd like more individual attention, a Support Request is the way to go.
I'm having problems with Restaruant.com and LEGO.com. I am running XP home with Kaspersky Internet Security. I've added commission-junction to the "safe sites," yet all I get is a blank page when trying to open restaurant.com. For LEGO.com, not all of the objects on the page show, even though I have added both of these to every "safe" list I have.
I've gone over the "checklist" in this thread, so I'm at a loss as to what else to try.

I've gone over the "checklist" in this thread, so I'm at a loss as to what else to try. Some security packages alter your hosts file. Have you checked there to see if any of the urls were listed there? Even if they're listed as "safe" in your security suite, the hosts file could still be preventing you from visiting.
Additionally, you could (very briefly) suspend the internet security suite, just long enough to run a test and see if you're able to get through to those sites. If you can, there's another setting you'll likely need to look for.
I have $16.20 FatCash available for payment. (This does not include pending amounts).
When I go to request payment via PayPal, the amount available drops to $11.20, and I get the following message:
You have qualified for a bonus payment. Bonus payments are only available with a check payment. Your cash available has been reduced for this payment type. Does this mean there is a $5 fee for payment via PayPal?! Or does it mean I get a $11.20 boonus in addition to the $16.20 payment, as long as I receive payment via check instead of PayPal?

You must request your $5 payment by check and the other payment you can request via paypal.
I dont know if others are finding this, as well, but I've done a number of purchases from Endless.com and out of like 5 purchases (seperate tranasctions and dates), only the very first 1 gave me Cash Back. All the purchases show up in the click history but none of the others have any $$$ reported. It's a little under 3 weeks from when they were ordered and two weeks since they arrived, but the first CashBack reported quickly, while these have not. yes, yes I'll file with FW when its 3 weeks from shipping, which is a royal Pain in the rump, since there are a bunch of transactions, but i'm thinkin that endless is pulling this on other fw customers and that they're not really payin out like thier supposed to!
I should really discuss this with frugalfreak, as he's also a believer in consipacys on fw...
You have qualified for a bonus payment. Bonus payments are only available with a check payment.
This means you earned enough Cash Back to qualify for the $5.00 Bonus Bucks promotion (which expired in August).
In order to receive the bonus, you'll need to request a check. If you take payment by PayPal, the bonus will remain in your account. The most important things to note are:
You must cash out your Bonus Bucks by December 31, 2008
You must request a check payment to cash out your Bonus Bucks
Check payments require a $10.00 minimum balance
This means you'll need to earn at least $5.00 in Cash Back by the end of August next year in order to have enough funds available to get your bonus.
Alternately, you can send us a support request to cancel your payment before it's processed, then request a check to get it all now.
Does anyone have problems logging in. If I click sign in at the top of the screen at FatCash.com, no matter how many times I try after entering my email address and password, it just takes me back to the same screen. Also it asks me to log in when clicking a link to a vendor even though I am already signed in. This is very frustrating. Same thing happens in both ie and firefix.

I think the issue is with "FatCash.com." I would suggest that you use FatWallet.com, .org, or .net. I'll check into it, and see if we still support FatCash.com.
