Thanks for the quick reply. Definitely I think it will be a great improvement if some more logic were added to the popup. For sure it won't catch every variable, but if it can do some quick sanity checks to get the low-hanging-fruit to see if certain host urls/cookies might be blocked, etc. etc., it'll still catch a good portion of config mistakes and more money in everyone's pocket. |

Hi again! UPDATE on PC Connection cash back shopping: a few links/offers were no longer active, so they were removed. Everything there should be good to go now! Thanks again, radiator! |

I have had 2 recent Cash Back purchases not show up (I've used it successfully in the past). I know when I shopped, the pop-up "on-track" window was displayed. The only thing I can think of is that I use a Firefox add-on for blocking cookies, however I have exceptions for fatwallet.com and the stores I shop at. Does the FW CashBack process require any additional 3rd party cookies that might be getting blocked? |

Hi Woolooloo! Here is another thread all about cookies: Cookies Help Thread If that doesn't answer your questions, please don't hesitate to ask any questions. There is also some other domains listed in the OP of this thread (Cash Back solutions), which should be white listed in various security software. Also, if it has been more than three weeks since shipping (but less than 60 days!), please put in a Investigation request for each order you would like us to look into. Make sure to include your order confirmation emails, we will need those. |

Hi sassyhunter23 This is a new one for me. I want to be sure I understand what is happening. When you go to request a payment, you should see "Your Available Cash Back $xx.xx", with two buttons underneath one is Cash Out via Paypal, the other is Cash Out via Check. After clicking on Cash Out via Paypal, you should be taken to a new page, where step 2 would show the payment address (your paypal email). After clicking proceed under that, you should see the Verify FatWallet Password box. Is it not accepting your password, or are you not seeing the box? Or, is it a different issue completely? |

just a question: how well does CashBack work when ordering a backordered item? order something on tuesday from a store, but it was 'backordered' until today. So there was no charge that took place at the time of order. |

Hello michal1980, It works in most cases just the same as regular Cash Back purchases. So, as long as their was a link from us to the merchant on the day of purchase (or in this case it was ordered), when you are charged or when the item becomes available to ship should not matter. We've had Cash Back report for items months after it was initially purchased, because it was back ordered. However, if Cash Back does not report within three weeks of the back ordered item shipping, just send in a ticket and we'll gladly look in to it. |
