hawpi said: Hi Hoodshaker,

Recently visited stores show up whether it is a Cash Back click or not. Only links with the Cash Back designation track Cash Back, so only clicks from those links would show up in your Cash Back click history.

For the two orders you mention, I don't want to share any potentially private information publicly. So, I'm going to send an email to your email address on record. It should be sent within the next 5 minutes!

Thanks hawpi! My second grade education strikes again! Thanks for your help and I've replied to the email you sent me. Happy holidays!

I use palemoon and when Id click a "bounce" link for CashBack, it wouldnt work, but I figured it out. I turned off AdvertBan, which has a AB logo. FYI to anyone having the same problem.

Advance Auto Parts, appears to not pay out, click logged with notes, going to site, checking out, getting order confirmation, no Cash Back, this would be over months, I just caught the last transactions, others are now expired, I wonder if promotional percentage for the specific week at hand will be taken into account somehow? Either way, I can not be expected to follow up on each of these transactions within the "research window". I will work for and track a $40 rebate, but not a .40 Cash Back payment. I guess the good ol days are gone. More Rss less usage from me.

Hi pepper454!

We do understand your wish that everything just worked - we certainly share the same one. But we only know there's something wrong when you let us know. At that time, we can take your inquiry to the merchant and try to figure out what has happened! So anytime there is a problem - please, please, please - let us know. I noticed you have put in a request for a recent one, which I will respond to shortly, Thank you!

CashBack links do not work on any of my android devices. Not a single one!!!!
Always comes up as webage not available with the link http://www.kqzyfj.com/click-....
wtf?

Hi there!

I am sorry to hear it isn't working! I tried the links to the merchant you had in your click history on my phone (very old original Droid) and it went through. So something on your phone/device may be blocking the link. Remember that cookies and such are necessary - so if you have any adblocker type things on your device, it could be interfering.

Since browsers and phones even on the same platform vary so much, I don't know where the various settings etc are. If you still can't get through on your device - please try it on a regular laptop or desktop. Thank you!

It does not work on:
Kindle fire (silk browser, firefox and dolphin)
Galaxy S2 (stock browser)
Skyrocket (stock, cm7 stock)
Nook Color (cm7 stock)
Nexus one (stock, cm7 stock)

Looks like you have a problem with android browsers ....
Cookies are enabled and some of the above do not do ad blockers.
And even if fatwallet has a problem with ad blockers, please provide the specific ip/addresses to be unblocked (though I don't think that is the problem, since 1. silk doesn't do ad blocking afaik, 2. some of the above phones did not have any ad blockers installed, and 3. I use an ad blocker on my laptop where it works)

I am just trying to help here: I like fatwallet but if CashBack doesn't work on an entire platform that is pretty bad ...

Hi coolVariable,

Thanks for testing Well I don't know why it wouldn't work but it sounds like an issue for our tech department. I will pass it on!

Seriously, FatWallet?
---

After a thorough investigation of Puritan's Pride Order #XXXXXXXX, we have learned that this purchase did not qualify for Cash Back. We were informed that a different source actually referred this order to the store that you made your purchase from. Since this was a secure transaction between yourself and that store, the referring source is considered to be part of that secured transaction. Because FatWallet did not receive credit for referring your purchase, we will not be informed of the name of the source who did receive credit.

We're sure this is disappointing,
---

and it also sounds like a flimsy excuse to get out of paying CashBack. I'm kind of lost here. I click on the FatWallet CashBack link, add items into an empty cart, then I checkout. Just like I've done dozens of times before. When does this 'different source or referral' enter the picture? How do I get my CashBack funds from them? I use Fatwallet & Ebates for CashBack. Nothing else. P.P. is not even in my recent Ebates click history.

How about communicating to your merchants that playing games with customers does nothing for loyalty?

Hi harlock001,

The other affiliate doesn't necessarily have to be another loyalty site like Ebates or FatWallet. It could be a coupon site, a deal discussion, a search site, someone's blog, or anywhere you could link through or obtain a coupon code. Remember, any coupons with out the Cash Back designation can (and for Puritan's Pride we know they are very sensitive) void cash back.

We cannot discuss specifics here, but if you'd like to discuss your order in more detail, please reply to your support ticket.

Thank you!

I am running latest version of Hostsman and ever since installing it I cant get any of my CashBack links to work. I have made purchases at Dell Home and Newegg and will have to go thru the report process I guess. I made sure all the addresses in post #1 were not being blocked and still does not work. Using IE9 on Win7x64 SP1...w/o Hostsman it was working fine.

EDIT: JUst did a test with HOSTSMAN disabled and it works just fine. Guess I have to remember to disable it before making a purchase thru FW.

Hi pooky7774!

If you check your other account, I think that may answer where the Cash Back is.
We are still sending out the emails. Between the two accounts, it appears the last purchase was Jan 31. Is it possible they are somehow being caught in your spam folder? (that happened to mine one time!)

thanks that was the issue, i have no idea how i got a second account, but thanks anyways
