Topic alerts blocked by hotmail? Archived From: FatWallet

My hotmail stop receiving any email from fatwallet...

Strange that it would be working, then stop. :/

Have you checked your junk/spam folder to see if your alerts recently started to be diverted there?

Yes, I did... none there.

I requested a list of my current alerts too... didnt receive any
unless my alerts list were deleted somehow?

I did receive the subscription email for this thread though... weird.

I'm receiving the alerts as normal. When I would use hotmail for alerts in the past I would notice random blocking of alerts as spam. It wouldn't be delivered to the spam folder, but just blocked. We are continually working on the process of making sure our email go through, and I will pass this concern on.

Until it is resolved I would suggest trying another email account.

You could also contact hotmail, and have them add FatWallet to your account as "white-listed."
