Forgive me, but is there more to it than logging in to fatwallet, then clicking on the merhcant's ad to enter their website? I did this and made a purchase. Usually by now (the next day) I have an email from Fatwallet telling me I made a CashBack purchase and when to expect the funds to be available. I have not received any such email from Fatwallet about 1-800 Flowers. Does clicking on the ads on the Fatwallet homepage NOT take you to their site to get CashBack like it does when you go to the CashBack list of merchants and enter their store that way?? Are sales at qualifying merchants exempt from CashBack? Thanks for your patience

Welcome! If you logged into your FW account and linked to 1-800 Flowers through the stores page, you did everything right. Did you get the pop-up when you clicked on the link? If not, that is OK. You don't normally get an email from FW until the transaction has been reported from 1-800-Flowers to Fat Wallet. This can take a few weeks. Wnen you look at your clicks under your account, do you see 1-800-Flowers listed? HERE It is not normal for the transaction to be reported the next day. Eventually, you can send in a Support Ticket about the transaction, but you must wait a few more weeks. The Fat Cash people are great and they will help you get it resolved.

Great job, TM1, on the explanation and reassurance

I would also add that this merchant does have a "detail & restriction" link, as signified by the red asterisk after the Cash Back rate. It's "Cash Back not valid on gift card purchases or redemptions".

If your transaction hasn't been reported three weeks after the flowers have shipped, and you believe you qualified for a rebate, please fill out a Support Ticket. We can credit your account temporarily, and investigate with the merchant.

Thanks to ALL! Apparently I have been spoiled in the past with quick reporting from the merchant sites to FatWallet (within a day or two). AND, according to 1-800 Flowers, they are experiencing very high volumes of orders right now due to Mother's Day. (BTW, if you have NOT yet got something for your mother.....better hurry!). I will wait a while and check back. FatWallet has never disappointed before. Thanks again!
