Maybe have the option to select the page # (example: 1,2,3,4, last) you want to jump to instead of only being able to go 'First', 'Prev', 'Next' and 'Last' for topics with a lot of pages. It would also be nice to have these options at the top of the page, so I wouldn't have to scroll all the way to the bottom to click 'Next' or 'Last'. Thanks! |

1. would like to have a function to subscribe txt msg alert. 2. simple layout for smaller cellphone display. 3. setup option to view fewer threads at a time so that it won't take too long to load the data to the phone. |

This thread will move to FatWallet forum after a few days in Hot Deals. The ability to create new threads from my phone (in store, where I can see the SKU etc) would make me more likely to post clearance alerts. |

edit: mods: it looks much different than the classic... i'm no web designer, but whatever was changed in the layout makes the thread titles look like small paragraphs, and the page ends up being about 5 times as long as it would be in classic. sorry if that isn't much help, and sorry for bringing it up because of the off topicness, this is feedback for mobi. just kinda frustrating, i want to embrace modern, but i can't fully until i can view it on my phone... i suppose if mobi is improved enough ill just use that. Yep. I second that. Using the modern version on the iphone (and similarly small screen devices) screws up the alignment. The thread titles are all squished into a narrow column. I suppose it's because there is some minimum width for the first column and it's trying to fit the entire page on one screen width (just like the mobi). The classic doesn't have this problem and I'm able to scroll horizontally through it. Maybe setting a minimum width on the thread title columns will help? I much prefer the modern to the classic too, but now I have to switch between the 2 views between my iphone and imac. |

I just took a look at the site on the iPhone, and initially, man, it was a serious mess. That said, I did the following and then modern looked just fine... - turned phone for horizontal viewing - switched to classic - switched back to modern and that then looked good horizontal or vertical viewing. Now, why it's all jacked-up at first in modern, I have no clue - and the steps above are certainly not the ideal...but until we can figure out why it's initially all jacked up, they seem to 'fix' it. haushinka said:Greygooser said:i prefer to look at the full-fledged site on my iphone... but the modern looks terrible... any plans to fix that??

Ability to search either titles only, or titles and body. I'm not even sure if the search works today, but if it does, it is returning any thread that has the search term in it at all. Try searching for best buy when all you really want is to find it in the thread title. |

I just don't see the same threads from the online and .mobi versions, not sure if it's ratings that are being filtered, but i just don't see the same threads. I also second the desire for 100 threads per page. |

+1 Ratings +1 Reply If you can squeeze in the categories that would be great. I am beginning to like them and sometimes prefer to browse deals that way instead of chronologically or through search. Another preference setting if time/resources permits, ability to not show the "sticky posts". I am in the other group preferring to go by 20, but then again the Finance forum starts with 9 sticky posts. Thanks for taking the initiative to improve .mobi version, I use .mobi almost daily and at least weekly. |

Thanks for listening ! You are amazing.... As most have covered : 1. Ability to keep and remember .mobi theme/settings separate from Desktop Theme/Settings. 2. Login to see my preferences 3. Being able to reply on-the-go 4. Being able to see ratiings 5. Maybe able to reduce the text size 6. Limit the ability to see avatar, as otherwise downloads will take long time... 7. Ability to switch between - Hot Deals / Deal Disucssion and other forums I am going to introduce a new concept... 8. Maybe flag a thread to be marked as 'Needs to be read on PC'... I would use it for some of the threads which have interesting info, but I can't read a lot on the train. So I will come back to the thread once logged in from desktop/laptop.. |

ability to sort posts by multiple variables. For example: Top rated threads created (today, last 3 days, week, month) Or: Most discussed (today, 3 days, etc) Also, the ability to hide threads that don't interest you would be cool. I also concur with most of the other suggestions, specifically the ability to change the number of topics, and categories. |
