Sorry if this is a FAQ. I searched forum but couldn't find a reference.
For some reason, the cash-back popup window doesn't appear when I'm using the Chrome Browser (Windows XP). I've taken the necessary steps in chrome to be notified of pop-ups (the only way to allow pop-ups in Chrome), but this doesn't solve the problem.
Any help would be much appreciated, as it's a hassle to have to open up an alternative browser just to avail myself of CashBack.

I don't have Google Chrome installed here, but I'll see if I can find someone who does. Maybe we can duplicate the problem and see what's up.
In the meantime, don't let the "no popup" discourage you from Cash Back. The behind-the-scenes stuff is still working just fine, the pop-up is more for taking notes and reassurance...which is nice to have.
Would you mind letting us know which version of Google Chrome you are using?
I just downloaded and installed the current 'default' version on XP. When I clicked on a Cash Back link, no popup. In the lower right corner, it showed one popup blocked. I clicked on that, and the browser crashed. I went through this 3 times, each time chrome crashing when I clicked on the 1 popup blocked. I'm hoping that by knowing the version you are using, I can be sure I download THAT one, and test it.
I checked some stuff out about this as well, and I ran across a post on a google support forum about this issue. I also installed Chrome on my XP at home and couldn't get the popup, nor could I even catch the notification in the lower right corner to click on it.
Basically they're saying that they're adding support for pop up windows, at least that is what it sounded like to me.

This post in google support isn't really on point. It's about enabling a "whitelist" for popups. In the meantime, the way to enable popups generally is - click on the Tools menu - Choose Options - Go to the "under the hood" tab - Scroll down to the "Web Content" section, and select "notify me when a popup is blocked."
When there is a popup, the user gets the choice of allowing or disallowing. See Link to Google Help Page for Popups for more info and a nice picture of what it should look like.
This works fine on lots of other sites, so there must be something different about the way the fatwallet pop-up is invoked.
Looks like changing the behavior of our Cash Back pop up in Chrome is going to take a while due to time (priority) and testing requirements. It's in to get attention though. Thanks for your persistence and patience.
