Looks like the printable coupon for chex at Target was moved to the Grocery Coupons forum. This makes sense, especially if you're still accountable for tax (making it not totally free.)
Other information should be forthcoming from the moderator who handled your posts.

Aside from bashing on the mods I think a big problem is the lack of uniformity among moderators, the changing rules of the forums, etc. Just like OP thought it was supposed to be in one forum, one mod thought it should be in another forum and another mod might choose yet another. Confusing when trying to post in the "correct" forum.

i get pm's whenever my posts are moved.
maybe mods forgot after they moved her post?
I've only used the mod tools by mistake or when testing, but i'm pretty sure the PM is sent automatically whenever a topic is moved or deleted.
First off, considering this is a new user they may have not found the pm notification at the top of the screen. So it is understandable if they did not get the automatic "your thread has been moved" message. Oh and welcome to FW. Also the "free chex mix" offer can be confusing if free stuff is still allowing free item coupons. Going off DevilMonkey's thoughts here...even with those coupons you are still responsible for taxes. Add to that that those coupon's are often "up to $x.xx" leaving you to pay the difference.

Whenever one of my posts is moved I ALWAYS get a PM notifying me of the new location (never had one deleted but I suspect the same notification process is used). These PMs appear to automatically generated notifications (i.e., you can't reply to them but they contain instructions for how to contact the mods if you need to). I also always subscribe to my own posts so my email notifications also redirect me to the new forum in case I've not checked my PMs yet (and so that I can know when anyone posts in my thread). Further, if you click on the "today" link at the top of any forum page, you can scroll down to see your subscribed threads AND at the bottom are your 20 most recent posts: just two more ways to find locations where you have posted. I suspect that, as Beboparoo suggested, the OP is just new and doesn't know to check to the right of her user name at the top of every page to see if she has any new PMs and/or did not check her email account for PM notifications.
To the OP: BethLaura, has any of these responses answered your questions?
BethLaura- on the top left there is a thing to click where you can mark a topic as a favorite. I do that to everything I post, it makes it super easy to keep track of things when they get moved or if you just want to see what comments people put =) Welcome to FW

I forgot about favorites! I used to use that too but stopped because threads that I had marked as favorites kept disappearing from my "Today" page while the subscription links are always there, even when a thread is archived. Not to get too OT, but I'd like to know why favorites are not permanent/how long they last.

WTH is up?They seem to label every message of mine they delete as being political, even when there's no political content at all. In the last case, it made me think that one of them works for a bad anti-drug program or has a family member who's addicted.
