IMHO the term "eBooks" should not be auto-linked to eBooks.com, I doubt most people who mention eBooks will be referring to the retailer instead of the medium.
I must say that's a great point! I have scheduled the auto-linking for eBooks to be removed. (we run removals on schedules so as not to noticeably slow anything down while it is unlinking things)
