I doubt many here have direct knowledge of payday loan vendors.
Many Credit Unions lately have started providing "pay day loans". They *might* be a better bet (again, I dont have personal knowledge of this but go by the general "CU usually dont hose you" principle).
ETA: The above is assuming you are not a TROLL/SPAM. On second thoughts, you are probably just trying to get your website here. Wrong forum!

Yep

New member plus shady website reference to scam company def means troll

im not spam nor a troll.

So are you flogging Green dot or Cashnetusa?

Go to the dollar store or goodwill and find cheap gifts, or make something. It's the thought that counts not the amount you spend

You can't afford to give expensive Christmas gifts if you have no money and need a payday advance

Wanting to do this means you don't have money (otherwise you'd just deposit that in your green dot account), don't have a credit card or available credit, and don't have a bank account/debit card.

I know it sucks, but SIS' advice here is the best advice you'll get.

Or, you could put something on layaway and maybe you'll get lucky.

I make very good money. 70 k a year. Im just in a hard time right now. My car engine blew up. Paying for my sons college

Ok, if you are not a troll/spammer...have you looked into other options that might be a better deal than a payday loan shop? Even a credit card or personal loan would be much better...they don't have nearly the exorbitant APR that most payday loans do.

Just as an example: I looked at Cashnet, their rates appear to vary from around 130% to 1100% APR. Most payday loan shops charge similar rates. On the other hand, it's rare that a credit card has much higher than a 35% APR, and even that would be a default rate or a subprime card. The "regular" rate on a good CC would be 10-15% at most.

Do you have a relationship with a bank or CU where you might be able to apply for a loan of some sort? How is your credit?

Where are your savings?

Buy GCs on eBay, pay with BillMeLater at the same rip-off rates as a payday loan.

I understand we all have cash crunches

But if you make very good money, and 70k is indeed very good money, there is a much larger problem why you use a prepaid card. Have you defaulted or overdrawn with banks and credit cards?

A payday loan looks like the solution to today's cash crunch , but there are much bigger issues financially you need to address after the holidays

This forum and creditboards.com can help you get back on track but you'll have to make some lifestyle changes

To answer your question about payday advance places, I don't think there's ever been a thread in ten years about using them because they are such a costly bad option. You might want to ask over at creditboards , since this forum is mostly people who have access to low interest rate credit

A series of bad decision is usually followed by another series of bad decisions. There is a reason OP asks a question like this. If he is being honest, any help you give will just make him more broke. The answer to his question is, "No."

Christmas presents are not needs they are wants. If you can not afford to buy them for cash you should not be buying thm. I know that sounds harsh but buying toys with a payday loan on money you have not yet eaqrned is teaching your kids and grandkids bad habits and it leading to in another 20 years they will be supporting you since yoyu will hjave no retiurement savings ect. Sign them up for a giving tree at the local mall or church. But using money you do not have to buy toys is the worst things you can give the future of your family.

I would rather a family member not give me anything for Christmas than for them to have to get a payday loan.

Also, since your son is in college, the lesson of seeing a parent be responsible and cut back on Christmas when times are tough will be a much better example than taking a payday loan to indulge in gift-giving. May be the best gift you can give him.

Take SUCKISSTAPLES's advice. Don't dig yourself into deeper trouble. Maybe next year you can give better presents but this year it is just going to have to be downgraded.

My ex-renters once said to me that they couldn't pay all their rent cause they "had to" buy their son a birthday present. I couldn't help but think what idiots they were cause a roof over his head would do more good then ANY present they could possibly give him.

Many will face a bad financial situation in their lives at some point. The best thing you can do is to make the best of the situation and make good financial decisions that help you get out of it.

Also if you can not afford sons college you should not be paying for it he should be taking student loans on not going to college.

My ex took every thing i had. Cleared out all my accouants i lost everything.
