Are you guys seriously that impatient you can't wait a couple more weeks to see if it shows up?

What is the benefit to calling one day after it was supposed to arrive ? You are wasting your own time and tda resources for something that is likely in process , just not on the exact timetable set out by the marketing dept

Just be patient , if you don't get it by mid may then call

My worry is the change they made to the terms of the offer halfway through. They changed it to those who received a targeted e-mail.


And how is calling one day after expected receipt going to help, vs being patient and seeing if it's just being processed and taking longer ?

Give it plenty of time ,wait to see others receiving theirs, and let some time pass after that before it becomes apparent there's an issue with yours

Some of us have had prior experience with TDA not properly crediting accounts. How has your experience been with TDA in these types of matters? FWIW I had a similar offer from USAA. The money showed up in my account the day after the end of the enrollment period.

I did not say, and did not mean to imply, that I was going to get on the phone should the bonus not timely post. I am willing to wait.

Good news bad news.
Good news: $100 showed up as "REBATE" today
Bad news: The other $100 hasn't shown up. Will give it a few days before I bug them. I definitely qualified for both.


I don't see anything in my account yet, despite fulfilling the requirements for both bonuses too. They're probably (hopefully!) taking a while to process all the accounts.


Received a total of 3 $200 bonuses today, 1 for me and 2 for DW. They are all coded "$100 rebate."


Bonus amount of $200.00 posted to my account too.


Fulfilled both terms by 3/08/2012. No bonuses yet for DW and me...waiting patiently.

This is what I assume.

As SIS said above though, it's out of my control so I'll just kind of wait and see what happens.

And... 20 minutes after the first REBATE, the second showed up.

I was not targeted but did have the offer confirmed to me when I create the account. Good luck to those that are still waiting, I think giving them a few days is still pretty reasonable. TD may be strict but they also seem to have good tracking.


1 targeted acct got it ($200), the other NOT targeted unpaid so far. Still, expecting to be paid on that one.

I'm answering because you asked twice.

Sometimes, before a company adopts a company-wide policy (such as "no targeted e-mail = no bonus"), some representatives will go ahead and credit a bonus. I think there was a similar case with the AMEX Pass $25 promotion (only one card vs. three cards; $25 vs. $75 across three cards). If you contact them many months after, after every employee has been told in no uncertain terms that the promotion will not be honored under certain circumstances, you will have very little chance of getting the bonus credited. Those that get in touch quicker and find an "easy" representative will have a higher chance of ultimately getting the bonus credited.

It does not hurt to contact them, other than wasted time. If you contact them and they post the bonus = success. If you contact them and they do not post the bonus, but then it shows up two week later = success. If you do not contact them and the bonus does not show up = failure (perhaps permanent if everybody at the company is on the same page). If you contact them and the bonus does not show up = possible success or possible failure; requires follow-up.


3 legit accounts not targeted. 1 received the bonus/emails regarding the bonus today for $100x2.
waiting on the other two which I had confirmed I will receive..


i signed up when i saw it on here, got bonus, and emails about bonus, only thing is funds are not yet able to be withdrawn.


I made my required debit card transactions on March 31st, and the transactions did not post to my account until April 2nd. Today I got the $200, so it worked, even though posting date of transactions was Apr. 2nd. BTW - I also received a targeted email.


Targeted and completed transactions in early March, but still no bonus.

Should we start calling them?
