Ok, I sent the following using the TD Ameritrade Message Center:
Hello, I'm inquiring about the "Get up to $200 with free Online Cash Services when you make 4 purchases and pay 4 bills with bill Pay" Promotion. I believe I met all the requirements of the promotion well prior to the requirement date, but wanted to confirm that with you and find out when it will be rewarded. Thank You
This is what they sent me back:
Dear xxxxx,Thank you for contacting TD Ameritrade. I have included details regarding this promotion: to qualify for bill pay and debit card promotion, you must make four purchases (minimum $10 each) with your Visa debit card by 3/31/12 and pay four bills (totaling at least $100) using the online bill pay service by 3/31/12. The 2 $100 credits will be added 5-7 days after the promotion ends and you have met the requirements. If qualified, you should see these credits in the next day or two. (Note: Friday April 6 was a Market holiday and did not count toward the 5-7 business days)Thank you for contacting TD Ameritrade and allowing me to assist you. Basically anyone that met the requirements should be seeing the bonuses soon, if they haven't already.

I was not targeted, and I haven't received my bonus yet. When I called TD Ameritrade 6 weeks ago, their CS told me about this offer, so I jumped in. I called them this morning to ask for my bonus. Their CS said that to be eligible for the bonus the promotion offer had to be posted into your account. They told me I was eligible for that bonus and that they would create a case so my bonus could be posted soon.
PS: My $200 bonus was posted 3 hours after I called them. Nice...

I initially funded my account under the Starwood promotion, so I wonder if they only limit one type of promotion per account.
Anyways, will wait a little longer.
Anyone open their account with a deposit promotion AND receive these $100 rebates?

I opened a brand new account when the promotion came up and then fulfilled the requirements. I haven't received any bonuses yet and don't expect to get them. I won't be calling either if I don't. I just figured it was worth a shot.

Wife and I weren't targeted; neither have gotten bonuses. I'm fully confident that we will get them. The offer was clearly stated on their website when we met the terms (already had accounts and had gotten Starwood bonuses for sign ups). I'll wait a week and send a secure email if necessary.

Interesting scenario for me. Lont time TDA customer, not targeted for promotion, applied and completed requirements after promotion changed terms to targeted customers only. I dropped them a short, friendly email this morning inquiring about the rebates. Here is response:
"Dear XXX,
I am happy to assist with your inquiry. I want to thank you for participating in the debit and bill pay offers. I have sent a request to our promotions team to research your bonus. The funds will post approximately 5 business days once qualification is confirmed. If there is an issue then we will be in contact with you.
I appreciate your understanding, and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused."
Four hours later the rebates showed up in my account. Maybe a coincidence, maybe not.

Not targeted. Signed up before they changed the term. Sent them an email last night when everyone started getting their bonuses. Just got a response from them "I have forwarded your information to our promtion department. Please allow 5 business days for review. If you have any questions, please call us at 1 800 669 3900. If calling from outside of the US, please call 402 970 5805.
Thank you for choosing TD Ameritrade."
However, I also saw bonuses posted to my account. So I don't know if it is a coincidence or not.

make sure for those of you who did this for the bonus, when you pull your money out and leave a few cents in there, that you switch it to a cash only status and not the money market they auto put you into, because if the money market loses value, you could end up going negative on your account.

That's because the alpha poster that was saying that had to get his bonus first. BTW, I didn't automatically get the bonus but emailed them and said it would be there within 1-2 business days.

From what I can see, some accounts that were targeted are coded for the rebates. If your account is not pre-coded, you will probably have to contact them to make sure the rebates get applied. I could be wrong, but the evidence seems to back this up.
