They do not show up on the statement that chase generated in PDF format on May 10th. I do not see them anywhere else on the chase website as when you click review rewards it basically jumps you over to southwest.com.

From the main page, click "See Rewards details" ---> "See rewards history". You should see something like:
Points for Purchases xxx Double Points for Southwest Purchases 0 Welcome Bonus Points 50,000 Total Rapid Rewards Points Sent to Southwest 50,xxx
If you dont see it, it is not there yet. Wait for a statement or call.
I do see the 24 pts showing up on that PDF statement for the actual purchases.
I called and they basically gave me the "could take one to two billing cycles ", which is very generic and likely not accurate as most here get them much much sooner. No rush I guess. He said he sees where they are listed on the account that I am entitled to get them, they just aren't there yet.
I just like to be sure this sort of things is in hand before I consider it a done deal.
And one more piece of info - that first statement purchase for $117 was an actual purchase... I was NOT billed for the $99 annual fee on the first statement (May 23) nor thereafter. ???

Shoot. If history tells us anything, you'll likely have another shot at the 50k before the year is over.
Also if you are already a RR member and don't want to wait for the next offer, check your emails for ads for these cards. I just applied for both the Plus and Premier about a week or 2 ago, using links from emails targeting me for the offer in Feb. and March. They both worked, and the CSR confirmed that I will be getting 50K for each card after 1st purchase.
So the churn is complete. Got the gift cards today and called and cancelled the card. Did try to express an interest in the sapphire card but he wasn't biting, just said to apply separately for the card.
I am itching for churn cycle 2, hopefully have not gotten blacklisted by chase

Did they refund your annual fee?
Yeah, he said they would. I did not ask for it, though.
Has anyone applied for both personal/business cards and received the 50k/each? I have my personal card points posted, but not on the business card. Just shot them a message, will see...

Yep. And I have completed the companion pass with the use of both cards.
Anyone having issues with the points showing up in the SWAirlines Rapid Rewards account?
The points are showing as being applied on my Chase statement. But they have not shown up in my actual Rapid Rewards account, even though the points have been at Chase for at least a couple weeks.

I was approved for both cards, but my statements don't close until the 3rd and the 4th, so we shall see within a week or so...

Anyone else seeing this? Did you enter you RR number during the CC application? Maybe it went to a new RR account number.

I encountered the same thing.. I PM'd Chase and included my RR#. The CSR confirmed my RR# was linked to my new card. I haven't been charged the annual fee yet. I believe SWA charges on the 1st of the month, so I've got my fingers crossed that when they do charge the annual fee, they will scrape the 50,000 point bonus and apply it to my RR account. 1 more day to see if I'm right..

Well I was wrong. The annual fee posted and the 50k points are not in my RR account.

How does that happen?
daw4888 said: They do count toward compainion pass, they do NOT count toward A-List, and they shouldn't. The only way to get A-list is to travel 25 one way trips, or earn 35000 tier qualifying points. I think you earn 1500 tier points for like every 10k you spend on your card, but you can only earn up to 15k tier qualifying points this way.
So one statement has closed (biz card) and points are listed on the statement but not yet in the RR account. As the statement just closed yesterday, I'm not worrying yet. Personal card statement closes today, and I know for a fact that that card is linked to the correct RR account. We'll see how long they take to post.
Question though. I want to keep one of these cards but not both. Which is better to close, personal or biz? I'm leaning towards closing the personal one, since it seems beneficial to have a credit history for my (very) small business (read: fake business), and because I don't want too many personal Chase cards in order to pursue other deals later. Thoughts?
My neice just got her second statement. No 50,000 bonus points. Now we are pissed. We are planning a vacation and Chase is screwing us around. Has anyone successfully called and got their points added?
Update. Biz card statement closed June 3, statement visible online this morning (June 4). Points became visible in the RR account around 3pm and I was able to immediately order 10x$50 Amaz0n GCs. Order still processing, but no hiccups so far.

If I transfer 7K points from Chase Ultimate Rewards, will this count toward companion pass status?
Thanks for your help
Good question.. I'm in the same boat. I wonder if the millionmilesecrets.com guy would know. I'll ask...

UR points DONT count. Points from most other hotel chain point systems count. I got my extra 10k points back when they had the sale to buy 40k choice points for 160 bucks. Just google "best way to get a Southwest companion pass" and you will find websites that will tell you how to do it.
Personal card closed 6/4, points showed up at SW on 6/6. Ordered 50,000 points worth of GCs (keeping the second 50k for a couple flights later this year) on 6/3, showing as shipped as of 6/6. Hopefully they ship quickly, I'm anxious to use them (building a new PC, using GCs for components).
One odd thing, I wanted to see if it happened to anyone else. I ordered 10x $50 Amaz0n GCs, no problem with the debiting points or anything else. However, when they updated my status to show shipped, it lists Qty Shipped as 20. I'm sure it's just a typo, but I don't want to get charged later an additional allotment of miles because they screwed up their coding.
On the other hand, I don't know what I'll do if I actually receive 20...
