H&R Block Free Federal & select States (<$57k AGI & Other Conditions)

For those of us making less than $57k/yr AGI with basic tax filing requirements, and only need to file in one of the select states ($15 per additional state)
AL, AZ, AR, GA, ID, IN, IA, KY, MI, MS, MN, MO, NY, NC, ND, OK, OR, RI, SC, VA, VT, WV

Also you must be 52 or younger (as of December 31, 2012)

HR block is the 2nd one down

Please note: They do charge more for some of the advanced schedules and if you file in more than one state. I used them last year, filed for free, got a large return, and hope to do so again.

For their federal program, be prepared to get pitches for upgrades to deluxe versions, brokerage accounts, and various other sales pitches. It isn't free for nothing.

What am I doing wrong? I click the link above and I get a pop-up with this..."Enter username and password for http://www.oregon.gov"
