Unclear if this was for using a regular credit card or the "Kohls card".

I would give more info, but the webpage they link to isn't up yet (not very professional).

Hah... It didn't even say that just 7 hours ago. Someone did some quick work to get it up and running.

That said I suspect the fees will be $100k+ and we won't end up getting much, but hey it is something.

Why is this happening n what is it that is gonna get fix.

So what's the bottom line in this one, is it worthless?
