I called & their accounts can be opened online or over the phone without a branch vist but only if you live in Illinois

I believe the LaSalle 100 offer for opening 2 accounts can be done with a credit card. Are American Express & Discover accepted as well as MC & VISA as purchases , not cash advances & what is the maximum total or in each account on a credit card? Can this credit card funding only be done at time of account opening? Thx!
