I have no idea how they calculate cash reward. Last month's reward was 4.6 percent on the total charges. This month it was 7.4 %. I am not complaining, I will just get to my $300 yearly limit alot quicker than I originally planned. When I get there, I will just switch to another card. |

in my experience, ALL telecommunications services have qualified (vonage, sprint pcs, etc.).

I applied for my card over the phone last November. Except for last month, the reward never fell below 5%. This is lot better than what Discover card is offering. |

If you read the previous thread on this topic, people were getting between 5 - 9% cash reward on their purchases due to a computer error. So if I am getting 7.4% reward on my purchases, the error must be back again. |

I also applied via phone and was confirmed 5 pct on ALL purchases the first 3 months. They ask for your zipcode before confirming the offer details. The number I called was 1-800-475-0617

Received cards today. After activating, asked CSR about rebate terms. She said 5% on EVERYTHING for 3 months from the time of the application - 4/5. Not to be greedy, but it would be nice to have that extra week that was lost between application and receiving the card.

Got the card but haven't activated it.
One question, can I check the dividend dollars on citicards.com as the dividend card? |

Does anybody apply online? Did you got your card? I called ATT today. After I told them my zip code, CSR tell me it's not on all purchases. |

Does the 3-month 5% rebate have a cap? Does the "annual $300 rebate" start after the 3 months?
I'm thinking about getting this, but if the 3 month rebates counts towards the $300 annual cap, the only real gain is if you don't ever make the $300 max (which is $1000/month if avg. 2.5% rebates). |

How do you track your annual rebate$ total? I don't want to exceed the annual $300 ceiling. I logged on to Citicards.com. I got the following Dividend Summary on the statement. But none of them is year-to-date rebate total. If I remember it right, the $300 is base on calendar year. Thank you in advance.
****Dividend Dollars Summary**** Previous Statement Div Dollar Total 8X.XX Base Div Dollars Earned 2X.XX Card Member Bonus Div Dollars Earned 3X.XX Total Div Dollars Earned this period 5X.XX Total Div Dollars Available 14X.XX Lifetime Div Dollars Earned 25X.XX
