So, would it be correct to summarize that the virtual credit card numbers once issued stay with a customer. Therefore refund can be requested either by virtual credit card number, which a seller has on record, or by providing to a seller the usual account number. |

Are telephone reps required to make notes in the account of every conversation with customer? Are there any standard questions to be noted in the account after every call? |

we do not have to note anything unless you ask us to or we preform some action that auto notes the acct with info |

I have been using my card since feb/03 with basically no credit score. It's more than 2 years now and I still only have 3.5K. What gives?
what do you mean when you say "with basically no credit score" |

thanks for answering our questions...youve stated you got your Citi C up to $32k.... Ive had a card for over 10 years and cant seem to get much past $20k, though I dont ask for increases.
the online CL increase form always asks for income info (wont generate automatic increase) should I request manual increase?
What are some of the higher limits youve seen as a Citi rep?? I have limits close to $50k with other issuers but Citi has been stingy... |

There are some coupons (ie, coupon for rental cars, etc) that come with statement every month. Is there a way to see what coupons are available in future? |

You got one over on Citi. However, won't Citi at some point in the (near) future do an account review? Won't you then have to provide income verification (e.g., pay stubs and W2's). If your income isn't high enough to support your $32.2K CL, won't Citi then reduce it??

it is possible they can do this but they will have no need to do this as long as i keep my acct's in good standing by stay away from the 4 bad things you do not want to do with a credit card #1 dont pay late. #2 dont go over the cl. #3 dont have any returned payments from your bank. and #4 dont do any of the above with any other acct's that you own also. and they will have less chance to view my credit because i dont ask them to. |

I have a couple of suggestions regarding the monthly statement: 1) Add a column that denotes everyday transactions (5% reward), so we can easily know what transactions are being counted at the 5% level. 2) Add a calendar reward total so we know how close we are to the annual limit.

once you have the credit you dont have to show them prof again i you apply for credit and lie and the app 2 things could happen and 1 thing will happen. They could ask me for the verfy info that they need and i will just not reply and have the inq removed off my credit report like it never happen, by the way no one has ever asked me for verfy income info befor they just take my word and ooooooooooo yeah the 2nd thing that will happen if you lie on your app is if you ever file bankrupte you can not include this acct that you lied on because you lied about your income and you will have to pay them there money back |
