I use yodlee regularly through HSBC for the older (more user friendly) interface.

For the last 7 or 8 days, not a single account is updating correctly. I can click the account and login directly but it won't update. If I re-enter the same information, then it will correctly update the first time but then give an error every time after that.

What's happening here?

You have better chance of getting answer here: http://forum.yodlee.com/
(or you can contact their customer service)

I wrote to HSBC Easyview support and received this reply-

Thank you for contacting HSBC Bank USA, N.A., the world's local bank.

We have escalated this issue to Yodlee's technical team for further
investigation. They have engaged their internal teams to fix the issue
on priority and seem to have identified the cause of the issue. At
present they do not have an estimated turn around time for resolution.
However, they would like to assure you that they are working on this on
high priority.

Providing excellent customer service to our account holders is one of
our guiding principles. Your relationship with HSBC is important to us,
and we apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Please refresh the accounts by following the steps listed below.

1. Log in to EasyView
2. Click on 'Account Summary'
3. Choose 'Edit Account Details' from the drop down list next to that
account and click 'Go'
4. Without making any changes to the user name or password fields, click
'Save Changes', unless your recent logon credentials have changed with
the company
5. Click 'Account Summary', please do not click 'OK' on this screen

If you are still unable to access your accounts, please reply to this
BankMail with the URL of the accounts you are unable to access so that
we can forward the request to our technical team for further
investigation.

Anyone having issues with PNC Bank on Yodlee? I am getting error message "Site No Longer Support (430)". I checked Yodlee's support forum, nothing on there. I did change my account from basic checking to Virtual Wallet a couple days ago. I also tried adding a new PNC Virtual Wallet account and still got the same error message.

Did you have any luck getting PenFed to update? I can get the credit union account to update but not the credit card. It will ask for added layer security questions, then I get:

Pentagon FCU Credit Card Problem Updating Account (403). We could not update your account due to unexpected variations at the Pentagon FCU Credit Card site. This type of error is often resolved in a few days. We apologize for the inconvenience. (try again) ( Remove This Site )

Does Prosper work with Yodlee? I have a few loans on prosper that I wouldn't mind keeping a eye on easier since I never really look at it now. I just login every few months to transfer money out of prosper.

I personally was having proplems linking my prosper account to yodlee.

I'm having the same problem, but my boyfriend is able to use Virtual Wallet on Yodlee just fine. I put in a service request and after about a month and some prodding, I just got the following response:

In post login page we are getting message “You h said:ave an older version of the Flash Player installed. Please press the Get Adobe Flash Player button to install the latest Flash Player“ And it is not showing any account details. For successful users there is no such message in post login page and the Account Summary is coming.

We see that you have opted flash player display for account summary. Our system does not support flash player right now, so you are not getting account summary in post login page.

We have not disabled the site, only our application throws SiteDisabledException whenever such message the end site shows in post login page.

Hence I request to find with the end site if they support the site in HTML version and not flash.

I think what they're saying is because I view Virtual Wallet in flash, they can't pull the information, but I can't seem to find a way to view VW in HTML. Also tried updating my Flash player in case and that didn't fix it.

Okay, I figured it out. My boyfriend also has a free checking account through PNC (a regular account, not VW), so when he signs in it gives him a summary page with balances of all of his PNC accounts, rather than taking him directly to the VW Spend calendar page.

From what I understand, the free checking account really is free - no minimum balance, no required direct deposit, etc - so you could open one just for the sake of Yodlee if it's that important to you.

these idiots at yodlee. every single time they've updated the user interface they've made it worse. now, dashboard doesn't have the links to auto login. gotta click on it and either open new tabs or keep going back and forth. there seems to be a pop up to login to the acct, but it immediately disappears (at least in firefox, which is what i use). doesn't even show when accts were last updated on the dashboard screen anymore. yeah, it's free. frankly, i'd pay to have something that is easier, doesn't constantly have 'action required' issues, will actually log in to my chase accounts auto (not sure whose end that one is on- used to work), and has the breadth of institutions.

yodlee version 1.0 was perfect. bring it back!

+1 Yeah.. They also vaporized the "remove this site" from accounts that can't seem to link up. I have had to contact their support 3-times about that issue and it is still unresolved.

Can anyone else get their pentagon federal credit card to link up? I can get my penfed checking to show up but when i attempt to link my credit card it gives me an error, which is whited out for unknown reasons, so I have no idea what the problem is. I sent a ticket in for customer support and they said that their "engineers" will look at it and will keep in contact.

I had problems getting my PenFed to work. I did eventually get my accounts linked after removing and adding them several times. I see that Yodlee just added some new interface for managing accounts. I was finally able to get OptionsHouse linked and delet the (2) extra instances without contacting Yodle.. Yay for forward progress from them FINALLY!

I can't even get my penfed credit card beyond the initial linking screen. It just turns white and thats it.

I think when I had that problem Yodlee told me that my web browser (IE8) was not compatible. If you have another browser, like Firefox, try that.
