Every once in a while some of my accounts show "Error Updating Account". The only way to fix this is to remove and then readd the account. The logins/passwords stay the same. |

At the moment, I seem to be getting "The service is temporarily unavailable. Please try again later."
EDIT: I continue to get this error only with Mozilla. Internet Explorer works fine. |

Hi Bluegenie,
This is probably our most nefarious bug. Our developers and our CS team have been giving advice that works (remove and re-add) but that doesn't actually fix things. Internally it is probably a row delineation problem, but should be fixable by us. I have asked all of my team to actually solve these going forward.
In future, anyone here on FW, that gets in this status, can you please psst me, and I'll have CS help you out, and the developer actually resolve the bug.

Excellent idea. We will add this in 7.0. A new site added Interstitial page.

i know that account aggregation for so many different services is difficult to maintain . one out of thousand sites change their login style every week . Yodlee is pretty good in doing this . The only problem i felt that customer service is not very responsive . My take will be since it is a free service it's not possible to provide a better customer service . |

OK,
Faster than I thought Emigrant Direct is now available on Yodlee.com. It will be available on all our other clients' sites within about 50 minutes from now (takes a while to replicate).
Enjoy.

Hi Manuvns,
Thanks for your feedback. We legitimately prioritize our CS resources to our "paying" clients that connect to us via BofA, AOL Bill Pay and the like, but in general our customer support hasn't been up to scratch. We have nearly doubled the headcount in that team in the last six months and have full 24x7 coverage.
I've asked the head of CS - a guy called Joe Ayyoub, here at Yodlee - to start patrolling this thread and to help out (since the load is pretty high, and its only day #2), and he will be able to more accurately work on particular CS issues.

First of all: Yodle is a great service! Saves me a ton of time!
Here are few notes:
Suggestions: 1) it would be nice to be able to display account withoug including it in total net worth calculations. i.e. you could have a check box that would say "exclude from net worth"...
2) similar to #1, when you add login to certain site, it would be nice to be able to exclude certain accounts that are associated with that login. For example, I have 1 checking account @ certain bank, but there 2 more that are linked to it. When I add it to yodlee, all 3 show up and net worth is screwed up. It would be nice if I would be able to select only the accounts that I want (for now, I have to add this account as custom and manually update the balance).
3) intergrate bill payment in-to yodlee. Something that would allow to pay off any of the credit card accounts with funds from any checking account and transfer funds between all bank accounts. I think many people would agree to pay for this kind of service if it functions well and easy to use.
Problem: Seems like citibank accounts can not be refreshed at the same time, I have several accounts added (3 from account online and 2 from universal card) and they never refresh when I hit "REFRESH ALL". I use Wachovia "One Stop" version of yodlee. |

CashEdge does this. |

Yodlee has problems with multiple accounts under one AccountOnline login. For Universal Card, ExxonMobil, Sears, etc, it just displays default card, ignoring the rest. For Citi cards, it used to show them all. Then, a few weeks ago, it began to show only 2 of my 3 cards listed. As of today, it is showing only one... |

Wow, fast response! Thanks, it seems that the majority of the people in this forum have an account there. |

Why in Microsoft Money 2005 (which uses Yodlee) does it not allow the ability to update accounts such as ING Direct. I know it allows ING Direct (Canada) in Money but not just ING Direct. I just find it strange since I am currently using the Compass Bank version of Yodlee and it allows ING Direct. I assume that it is an issue with Microsoft Money and not with Yodlee, but just wondering. |

Just a quick note: pretty much all of my accounts work great except I do have a couple problems with Ameritrade Izone (using BofA-hosted Yodlee)
1) Yodlee correctly accounts for the negative value of my short positions but does not include the cash collateral in my short account, so I end up including a custom account that I manually update with this balance to get my net worth correct.
2) It also seems unable to correctly account for the value of option positions. I think this may be as simple as multiplying by 100. For example, if I have 8 of +VYHMH, and the quote for +VYHMH is 5.0, then the value of the position is $4000, not $40.
Sorry to bug you with mundane things, but it seems that in a service like this "the devil is in the details" |

Enjoy. May want to get the QA team to check on that. I just tried to add my ED account it didnt work and I noticed it asked for my userid twice (which it hid with asterisks as I typed) but it had me only enter by userid once and it was displayed in the clear. Unless I'm mistaken this is exactly backwards every other account entry (userids are entered once in the clear and passwords/pins are masked and entered twice). |

I think the ID field and Password field are flipped... I tried entering them backwards and it still failed to login to ED. |

i use IB, but i think it would be more difficult to integrate into yodlee since its web-based interface kinda sucks. |
