This is what I was told:

We also have an affordable program at 5.25% with no points, however to qualify you must not
own any other real estate at the time of settlement on the Vienna property
and must have an income that does not exceed $71,440.

This was around Aug 15, so rates *may* have changed. You can call: 703-506-2782 and speak with Steve.

I didn't purchase the property, so I can't provide any comments on them. Hope this helps someone.

What are the terms on that ARM? I'm assuming its arm because of the low rate
