Heads up to those who have the Principal Bank CC or the various versions of this card offered by Infibank (many credit unions) - they are instituting a $20 Dormant Account Fee on accounts which have had no activity in the past 12 months.
This notice comes in a heavy stock folded paper mailer, and also contains several more customer-unfriendly changes in terms. Be sure to read it.
Recieved mine today. Would it have been to hard for them to tell me what card this was for? The postcard is from "cardmember services" and all they give you is the last four digits of the card. A pain in the behind for people with many cards.

I typed in their address in Google and knew immediately what bank it was. Closed my card as soon as I found their phone number. Sneaky. I've never seen a credit card that charges dormant account fee before.
can we convert this card to another card w/ no dormant fees?
answer: all cards have dormant fees.
the only offer they have is BT at no fee... at (purchase rate) 18%+ the CR even laughed before telling me the rate.

This damn bank always has a bunch problem. Forget to give you check, get your money from you and did not credit it to you in your account and at last, I billpay my credit card 15 days ago, and it still did not show in my credit card account. When I call them, they said they did not know when it will reach, but anyway, it will reach at last. Damn this stupid bank.
