Not sure if it's a repost of not, but I think this deal is nice. Here is the detail: Went to www.discovercard.com and found that:

It's strange but understandable that they have to ask your permission to give you more money. Thanks OP.

Thanks. Just signed up. The confirmation page told me it's from 11/1 to 12/31, not 11/25. Besides, it's a little vague about the wording. I can also interpret it as Cash Back bonus up to $500. If the promotion only applies to purchases up to $500, it's not much special and it's hard to believe DC restricts earnings up to $25.

- Wow up to $500 in purchases - they're realy going all out on this one.
Same as their other promotions, nothing different.
I think he's being sarcastic.

Using discover card at STAPLE will give us double rewards point? Change from 2% to 4% for basic reward member? From 5% to 10% for advanced reward member? Thanks.
brotherhpj said: Thanks OP for the post...just signed up. Wish Staples still doubled the rewards like they use too.

Gotta throw a out a problem with this plan....
Remember people, Discover will not fight for you on any wrongful charges or purchase issues. So if some internet store screws you, you're on your own- no charge backs, no investigations , no nothing... Something to consider in general, but especially with a program such as this.
