When I am logged into my account (platinum cash rebate for business) it states that the Cash Back is up to 2.5% but then it says 0.5% and 2% for purchases beyond $15k. Anyone noticed this??? |

This is what I see in the Terms & Conditions: 1. Cash Rebate: There is no limit to the amount of cash rewards you are eligible for. Your annual cash reward for purchases at OPEN Savings® participants is up to 5%. Your annual cash reward for all other purchases is up to 2.5%. Once your spending for the year exceeds $15,000, the cash reward for additional purchases at OPEN Savings is 2% and your annual cash reward for all other purchases is 1%. Balance transfers are not eligible for Cash Back. The rebate will be credited to your Platinum Business Cash Rebate Card statement annually in the month of either January or February — the rebate applies to Platinum Business Cash Rebate Card purchases but not to Cash Advances, returned purchases, or the purchase of American Express® Travelers Cheques. To receive the rebate, your account must be open and in good standing. For full details, please see the Cardmember Agreement enclosed. |

Was anyone prudent enough to take screenshots of each app page, just in case, before it died? If so, I'd love for you to post them here.
Thanks! |

In anticipation of the 1 year mark on this deal, I contacted CS to ask them to waive the upcoming annual fee (I told them I was weighing the cost benefit of the card/fee). Here's their reply...
Dear labboypro:
Thank you for your e-mail.
Please be assured that there is no Membership Fee assessed on your Card account ending in xxxxx. Therefore, you may continue using your Card.
I hope the information I have provided is what you need. We assure you that American Express will always be present to assist you whenever you need assistance.
Sincerely,
/R. Dey Email Servicing Team American Express Interactive Services

There is no fee on the Platinum Business Cash Rebate Card. Only on the regular Business Gold and Business Platinum. |

Anyone (sole proprietorship) receiving the check for credit balance having problem depositing that check in a personal account? What I mean to ask is if we need a business checking/savings account for cashing this check? |
