visited local bank in the beginning of Sept, was told that the IPod was sent out already. However, I didn't receive it until now.
Does anybody know the phone # that I should call to check with? Thanks!

White one? Thought the new 2G nano only comes with silver according to here - http://www.Apple.com/ipodnano/specs.html
maybe a older version?

An interesting twist... I opened my account on 5/23, the lady said, "We don't have the new forms yet, just fill this one out and you'll get your ipod." It was the form for the previous deal.

About 8/10 I received a letter with a code for 5000 points, so I went in to the branch. The guy says "It says 5000 points or an ipod, you'll be able to get either." I corrected him since it said 5000 points was for a $50 gift card and 15,000 points for an ipod. So he had me fill out the newer form once again and his manager approved it and mailed it out I suppose.

Needless to say, I cashed in those 5000 points and got a $50 gift card in the mail. Figured TCF has no clue what they're doing so I'd rather get a $50 card than nothing.

Today I received a 2GB silver ipod in the mail. Wow

got my silver 2gb today. everytime i log into online banking tcf tries to charge me for another "service." time to close my account. tcf isn't worth dealing with--even for a free ipod...
