How long will it take for the 20,000 miles to be credited? I know the T&C say 8-10 weeks, but what is the average?

I just got mine today, applied about 10 days ago. It all depends on when your first statement closes though, miles are credited that day. BTW I just opened and closed another advantage card in September, so they do give bonus miles multiple times.

I love all these promotions. But, doesn't it lower your credit score everytime you apply and/or close a credit card?
