Thanks for posting, OP. I wouldn't have seen this otherwise, since I don't frequent the other sites mentioned. I think I will go ahead and get this card with that deal.

You can get 20,000 miles for the Citi AA Business card - link.
Do I have to wait any amount of time after I cancel (or consolidate) my current AA card before reapplying? I've been lazy and haven't even bothered trying to get a retention offer. Gotta get with it!
Edit: Nevermind. I noticed someone noted "60 days" in the Flyertalk thread.

Not really, only 3 inquiries every 6 months. Average age would hurt a bit but no big deal if you've got a number of other old cards. Lots of ways to do more damage than this.
I was looking at the terms and conditions and couldn't see any mention of whether you would have to give up the 20,000 miles if you cancel the card. So, basically, there's no disadvantage to opening the card (assuming you've got good credit) right?
Also, I couldn't find a link to the card when I went thru the menu on the right. I only found the 15K and 12.5K bonus mile offer. Should I be worried that they may not validate this? Has anyone tried it and had it work?

What types of trips could you get with this accumulation? I'm looking at their reward chart and it's giving me a headache. Have you done this before, and where have you gone? All of these acronyms and astericks are crazy!!! What does it all mean man?!?!?
