Well...I called them and talked to one of the CSR. Basically it's not a program to enroll but to apply a new card called "Discover - The Miles Card". After you earn 12,000 bonus miles, you can then redeem the miles with the airline company that accepts Discover card. I asked for the list of the companies, but the CSR had no clue. I would assume most of the airline companies would accept Discover card.
It's not as easy and juicy as AMEXDelta Buz/Personal card or Chase United card, but I guess it's still not a bad deal. Thanks OP~
