I'm up with my online bank account access. The process was a bit slow (under 2 weeks), but I was out for a week anyway so no problem.
The website is pretty poor. The transfer money is not easy, you have to fill out a long form of information as opposed to just linking an account and then automatically transferring. It looks like the transfer will end up being done by a human entering in the details which isn't that great (more people seeing your info, and slower transfer times like people have reported).
Does anyone know if you can just give them your ING numbers to initiate a pull?
Thanks |

I'm more and more happy that I didn't go through with opening this account. Yikes. |

An ACH initiated through the OneUnited website from ING took about 3-4 days to show up in my OneUnited. Seems fine, except that now UFB Direct is at 5.26 with no minimum and faster service, I probably would've opened with them (except they can't initiate an ACH).
I updated the quick summary with some of my findings. Maybe I'm lucky so far, but have had no problems. It seems the website was a little improved recently (they had scheduled downtime). |

Am I missing something? I don't see anything new?
[edit] Looks like they sent this email out too early. A follow-up email indicates that there are still 10 more days until this feature is available: https://www.oneunited.com/email/emailFundsTransfer/emailNewFundsTransfer.html |
