Thanks for sharing. Sounds good to me. I wonder if others here at FW have gotten this offer in the mail.

I got this in the mail today too.
Chase certainly have been hiting me up these past three weeks or so - I've had 3 different Chase Visa Signature offers before this one. I don't remember getting them this frequently before.
1st was 0% APR thru 11/07 on purchases & BT, no BT fee with this offer 2nd was the same, received the next week. 3rd was also the same but thru 2/08, received earlier this week
Hmm..wonder if I should apply for both the Visa Signature and World Mastercard?

I got exactly the same offer too. Both offers actually. I wouldn't bite as right now I only have large balances with chase and I doubt that they allow bt to other chase accounts.

Geez. You really think big executives sign their own letters?
All those letters are signed by his secretary. His secretary has carpal tunnel now. Have some sympathy for her/him!

I've just been scanning over the T&Cs for both card types and cannot find any differences in the terms other than one is Visa (and qualifies for Signature services) and the other Mastercard (and qualifies for World services)
They have the same APR details, grace period, no annual fee, no BT fee with the offer, no fee for exceeding the credit limit etc.
In both cases if you fail to qualify for that card they will consider you for the Platinum card

This is the most important detail. The offer, in this regard, is almost Orchard Bank league.
