Heh, it's kinda cute, but I guess I would rather have a higher earnings reward card and slap a hello kitty sticker on it....

Good idea, a hello kitty thread. We ought to have more threads like this, for example, the ultimate star trek credit card thread.
I have this card and let me say that it has been VERY useful in scoring cute young asian girls. Take them out for sushi then whip this puppy out... you're in.

I wouldn't mind seeing a thread devoted to wacky affinity cards, but I guess none of us has a flame shield strong enough to fight the masses on that sort of thing. FWIW, my two favorite are:
Star Wars MasterCard® (through FIA [aka MBNA / B of A]; available in Darth Vader or Yoda design; 0% BT option for 12 months; $75 capped fee; useless rewards structure)

Unfortunately, I don't think the girls that would be impressed by this card are old enough to apply for one themselves .
Here's another targeted credit card - The Olivia Card for those who might be interested. I hear their cruises are packed with chicks.

"The symbol of our community's visibility and economic power." Yes, watch the video they have on the site, and read their community forum. This is a very interesting development. Cards for certain sub-cultures. I wonder where its all going to lead to.

At least here in the Bay Area, a HUGE # of over-18 girls are simply obsesssed with Sanrio. And yes many of them are smoking hot. sharp as a bowling ball, but smoking hot.
off to apply again....

Don't forget the Professional Bull Riders Cash Rewards Card (through US Bank) - 0% BT for 6 months and no transfer fee (just did a transfer a few days ago and I can confirm this).

Hmmm, if they get that excited when you whip out your Hello Kitty card, I wonder what they'd do if you whipped out this?
A bit OT, but I never got into the Hello Kitty craze (probably my 20+ years of hating the color pink). I feel like they're going to revoke my Asian card with my lack of interest in this, anime, etc.
I guess it's decent in terms of rewards, apr, etc. But I could care less what my CC looks like.
This is definitely better than the MBNA card that I got in 2000. The ONLY reason I still have it is the fact that there is a big logo of a dragon on it. No points, no reward, but the credit limit is $30K+.

Judging by the age of Hello Kitty fans, it's more useful for child abusers, unfortunately...

And all these years I was whipping something else out when I saw cute young asian girls.
