Thanks OP, it doesn't say anywhere in my account that I'll get $15, so I guess I'll have to give them a call if I don't receive it soon.

OP-How did you find out about the deal? Email? This link is from a flash banner on the left side right after I logon. Not sure if this means it's targeted. My apologies if it is.

OP-How did you find out about the deal? Email?I doubt that it is targeted. Its on the BOA website: LinkWell that's a different offer as I mentioned in the OP. It's for enrolling in online banking, whereas this one is for paying a bill with online billpay.

Trying their online billpay use to offer $25. I dunno, it may be better to wait and see if $25 will come back.

There are no promo codes and I made my first bill payment on 6/30 to myself. I guess I qualify? There seems to be no difference if you Pay an Individual or Pay a Company, no?
BofA is VERY slow with paying out these sorts of things. I signed up for an account and my wife was supposed to get $10 for every account I signed up through her. It's been 3 months and they are still processing.

If anyone has problems getting their $15 credit, here's an 800 number for the BofA Incentive Redemption Dept
