I don't have my tix yet either, so I called ticketmaster up and their automatic system said my order was canceled and my money refunded.

But after speaking to a person, it seems like the computer just THINKS my order is canceled because I didn't pay for it-they probably did the refund to us by "canceling" our orders.

Problem is, this seems to also have meant I didn't get my tickets. So...I'm on the phone right now, and the lady is trying to have her supervisor help figure out how to fix this.

Hopefully this works out, because this is quite annoying to have your order "canceled" but not officially canceled but just enough that you don't get your tickets lol.

Ticketmaster sorted it out...after a crazy long hold while they were fixing it. Yay.

Well this was done in less than 7 min. While I was clicking all of the shows were sold out. Was trying to get tix for mom as she deserves to see a show. So when do the movie passes begin? LOL

I got in too, two tickets for the Producers, but I won't be in NYC till a few weeks later. I'm hoping to exchange them somehow, otherwise someone will get lucky.

I got the "Congratulations...You're in" message for 2 to Hairspray, and said that I would receive an e-mail confirmation that tickets would be delivered by DHL.

But, I haven't received any e-mail from AMEX.
