Does anyone know of a good online compounding calcuator. Interested in what this MMA would do over 10+ years, if I just made the initial $1000 deposit. Thanks. |

This is all assuming 5.26% APY over 10 years, which is highly unlikely that the rate will be this steady. Put 1k in a CD if you want guarenteed return. |

Why is hard pull such a bad thing?
The hard pull shows up as an inquiry on your credit report and dings your score by a small to large amount.
What is ACH?

Am very impressed with this account. I applied on 9/19 and funds were pulled on 9/21 but they started paying me interest on 9/19. First time I have received overlapping interest funding an account this way. Received my opening letter on 9/25 with all the info I needed to log on and start linking some more accounts. Also no hard pull done |

account opened without problems ... but i am experiencing a delay in establishing online access ... CSR stated 2-3 business days would be needed to establish that, even though a snail-mail letter stated that access was "now" available. |

important!
their reps will tell you that the routing number is 267091221 but it is actually 241070433. that is what is listed as the routing number for your account if you look in 'Manage External Accounts' through the 'external transfer' button. i made them aware of this. 267091221 doesn't work, i tried it.
the routing number 083914265 for UFB Direct is not recognized by the AmTrust Direct system. i have called and emailed AmTrust about it but they won't do anything about it. i notified UFB about it and all they will do is send me some letter confirming their routing number, which i'll then send to AmTrust. i suggest others in my similar situation to b***h about this to AmTrust.
their reps told me that you can use the bill pay system online (under 'payments') but nothing will actually go through even though it seems so since it's all fully functional. you are supposed to have a checking account with them to have payments go through. can anyone who's tried it confirm whether this is true or not?
update:
241070433 is NOT the correct routing number either. i just found out it doesn't work. this is ridiculous. use the routing number provided by Xeon852: 122187212
the bill pay does work.
update:
the routing number 083914265 for UFB Direct is recognized now by the AmTrust Direct system. i linked my external account.
update:
bill pay has been removed. |

I wasn't able to link UFB either, and theirs isn't the first system to not take it (Yodlee BillPay doesn't either).
I've been using 122187212 as a routing number, which is what CashEdge finds when you search by Amtrust, and I haven't had issues yet. The 267 number is what the rep told me as well. |

AmTrust left me a mail saying they had processing issues which is why my welcome letter was not sent out. (I had applied back on 9/08/2006). Did anyone who opened an account after this date receive a welcome letter? I thought someone said they did. Seems like these reps are clueless over at Amtrust for the online division. |

Anyone else notice that after Yodlee updates, you are locked out of your account for 20 minutes? I'm guessing that Yodlee is not logging out properly. I use Fidelity's Yodlee, BTW. |

I just went through the whole application process only to get this:
Error Desc: This portion of our site is unavailable at this time. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Error DateTime: 10/5/2006 2:46:52 AM
I called customer service (which is 24/7 -- nice, I must admit) and was told that I took too long to complete the application. That kind of shite really annoys me. |

Up to 7 business days hold for initial deposit, future deposits have 2-3 days for out of state checks and no hold for ACH transfers.
I transfer with ACH (not the initial deposit), and they hold for 5 days.
When I call to "CS", they hold money for 5 days.
How's your case? |

How many online bill payments can you make each month? I keep getting messages when i log in that if i do 3 this week im entered into a drawing for $1000 but I msged the help desk and they said i cannot make bill payments from my money market account (I have already made 3) and then I called up the customer service line and they said I can make 3 per month. So they want you to make all three in one week? Anyone know anything about this? |
