Thats because BOA has no money. A billion dollar company. They can get as many nanos as they want. They are in no hurry and may wait for you to complain before shipping it out.

Does anyone have screenshot of the Jersey offer? (code: FAAF89) BofA is saying the qualifying amount is $100, but I remember that the T&C's stated a $75 minimum.

Got a Jersey today.
I asked for a Nationals jersey, but instead a plain white jersey with the Major League Baseball logo showed up. I can't fathom ever putting this jersey on. But also not worth calling up and complaining about. So basically about 10 months to receive the jersey, but I got my nano after only about a month. And the BT money is still providing interest in my FNBO account

Does BOA just suck on rewards and only ship stuff after the season is mostly over? I've been waiting five months for a $50 NFL Gift Card and was told 4-8 weeks today. I'm really enjoying the BT money, but the iPod took a while and now so is the gift card.

I tried complaining about this. Stonewalled, put off and delayed on the jersey for a year only to get a generic one. Got the wrong jersey, called, and they send me a letter saying that it is correct. I'm faxing all my correspondence and adding a note that I am not the only customer that did not get what they signed up for. What will this get me? Probably still not the right jersey but I don't give up easy. (On the positive side the ipod is great)
