this is a personalized link, guys. There is a code in the hyperlink that identifies the recipient of the email. There really is no way to "transfer" this offer.
If you send yourself an email from the email that citi sent you where it says to put email addresses you wish to share this with, thats how you get YOUR personal referral number. Hope this helps

Please be careful with this. Friend made a referral and got a hard pull credit inquiry about it on his CR. ( Of course4 that does not make any sense.) Then the other person's SS was off by one digit. They closed the account of the original referring person and put a Fraud Alert on that their CR.
Should be no reason you cant refer yourself. Go ahead and burn those hard inquries for $100 each. Probably could get $200 out of one inquiry for 2 cards, not such a bad deal. Although having college cards on your credit report may not be the best (simply due to the skimpy CL they give out)
