Still have not gotten mine yet. It has been 5 weeks now.

I didn't think I would get this or so fast, because it was the last day of the test drive when I went in they weren't doing test drives, because it was blizzard like conditions outside. To top it off the salesman said my manager is the only one who would know how to do this certificate thing, but he is not here now. We talked to the salesman about the Buick, and went out to look at it, but it really didn't feel like much of a test drive experience. I told my husband, that I probably would not get this, and he said oh well we went on the last day and its too snowy, we shouldn't have waited so long, at least it didn't take much time. Also my Husband did think some of the Buicks were very nice, and maybe we might end up with one this year. I was very surprised and happy to see the certificate today, and I guess we waited about 4 weeks to get this!

I didn't think I'd get it at all. I left the printout with my local dealer (Pasadena, CA) late at night, he said they'd call me back the next morning (it was about a month or so ago) when they'd figured out what to do with it and mum was the word. All of a sudden, two days ago what shows up in my mailbox but the gift card?

Has anyone had to deal with the AMEX company yet. I used my card and then threw it out. Had to return something and they gave me credit on the card. Of course, I don't have the card number.
